How do I return an item?
Return Policy:
To return merchandise, for any reason, you must first contact customer service at 1-800-243-1459 or by e-mail at daddona@craftsmens.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
- No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA#.
- We will accept any unused merchandise for 15 days after receipt of goods, all returned goods must be shipped back "prepaid" and in original packaging and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- If goods are found to be defective we will replace them free of charge.
- Tools found used or abused will be returned only at customers written request and will not qualify for a refund.
- No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of goods.
